Member of the Nordic Association of Freight Forwarders. All contracts are executed in accordance with the Nordic Association of Freight Forwarders’ General Conditions (NSAB 2000).
These conditions limit our liability for lost, depreciated or damaged goods to SDR 8.33 per kg and for delays up to the sum equivalent of the freight, although no more than SDR 50,000 for each order. For storage, the freight forwarder’s total liability for damage caused by one and the same event is limited to SDR 500,000 (§27). Claims against the freight forwarder shall lapse after 1 year (§30) and conditions regarding lien (§14) shall apply to current as well as past contractual agreements. Contractual amounts shall be paid regardless of the terms of delivery (§10).
Time-guaranteed transports in accordance with the Danish Carriage of Goods by Road Act where the carrier’s limitation of liability is overridden shall not be accepted.
